Dawn Temperton

Dawn has worked in the East Durham area for over 20 years, first in the voluntary sector supporting homeless young people into supported living accommodation, then at the Local Authority as an Education Welfare Officer, where she worked in schools in the Easington area.

This led to Dawn being employed by Easington Academy when it gained academy status. More recently with Easington Academy becoming part of North East Learning Trust, Dawn offers support to other schools in the Trust.

Dawn is also a busy parent with two children in full-time education. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dogs and going away in her camper van.
