Introducing the NELT Platinum Pud Showstopper competition!
The North East Learning Trust challenged all Trust schools and Head Office to create 'showstopper' bakes to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. Votes were counted and we were crowned the winners!
A huge thank you to the talented Mrs Collins who baked our winning 'showstopper' for the NELT Platinum Pud competition.
The tiered vanilla, red velvet and chocolate cake with buttercream and ganache received over a thousand votes - we think you will agree that the cake is absolutely incredible!
