A group of Year 10 students visited East Durham College yesterday to take part in an inspiring Medical Mavericks workshop.
Students took part in a number of medical procedures such as taking blood samples, keyhole surgery and ECG recordings. The workshop provided students with information regarding the range of careers within the health sector and the various pathways that they could take to achieve their chosen career.
